In excellent condition and showing only minor expected signs of use. They are super comfortable, solid and sturdy and have always been cared for. The shell is 6 layers of molded maple. The 5/8 chromium steel legs are bright and shiny and have no rust or pitting. The chairs can also stack 8-10 high. The Knoll label is intact. Each measures 22"w x 22"d x 32"h. Seat height is 17". A vintage set of 1960s Modernist side tables by Artichure.
Each is a one of a kind and and in a chestnut finish with applied images. Each is numbered and signed and have been redone to move into the new wave of Artistic and Creative aspects of the clean intelligent design lines of the Mid Century Danish Modern masters of design. It retains its original shape and form, have original polished aluminum drawer pulls and 3 drawers that open and close smoothly and evenly. Solid and sturdy, these are always the focus of the room whether they are used as night tables or living room side tables. They all have multi coats of protective finishes to make these items true examples of 'functional art'

Another fabulous 1 of kind, Mid Century Coffee/Cocktail Table from Artichure. Applied images to wake up the curiosity in the viewer. Originally purchased in 1962, it has been redone to move into the new wave of Artistic and Creative aspects of the clean intelligent design lines of the Mid Century Danish Modern masters of design. It retains its original shape and form which includes the woven cane bottom shelf for storage. The curious images keep you constantly fixated on the graphics that have been carefully applied and coated with a protective finish to make it a true piece of Functional Art. It measures 46" x 20w x 16"h.

Offered is a super rare Mid Century Modernist desk by Imperial Furniture.
Imperial Furniture has been producing quality products since its founding in 1903, mostly from mahogany. Top quality craftsmanship and Modernist design.
Desk has original brass hardware, sculptural sled legs, 3 large drawers and gorgeous mahogany grain patterns. The double drop leaves offer tons of additional surface area when needed. The desk is solid and sturdy and shows only minor signs of wear. It has been cleaned and re oiled with a beautiful finish. I have yet to find more than 1 other of these desks after weeks of searching. From my research it looks like Imperial produced mostly traditional furniture and hardly any Modern. This desk measures 44"w x 25"d and each leaf measures 14" which allows desk to open to a full 72" if needed. This looks to me to be dated from the late 1940s to the early 1950s.
